Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage to see our current status for work and target achievement. It helps us see the real time improvement and success of our goal. Problem of calculating the incentive was very time taking, even finding the score board for top achiever was very time taking and difficult. Everstage has resolved it by their features to calculate real time basis incentives and bonuses & score board for top performer.

Pros

  • It calculates incentives very accurately and shows score board with real time changes.
  • It consumes very less time and gives over view of current on going business
  • It keeps the tracks of previous all the business any time it can be checked and tracked
  • It shows data in graphs which simplifies to understand

Cons

  • Graphic presentation should be improved more.
  • It take a little more time to load the pages. it should reduce
  • Home page can be more simplified
  • It saves time on daily basis for checking the current scenario of our business.
  • Our executive are aware about their incentives that how much they are going to get.
  • Everyone compete with each other for being on top as it shows the score board.

There were days where we need to dedicate a lot of time to check the current status of our business. Hence a lot of time was wasting for multiple calculations. But after Everstage, Current status of our business can be checked by few clicks.

In another scenario, where few of our team need not to check current status on daily basis, for them it is less useful and appropriate
