I can see my incentives here, as it is helping me to track my incentive also it help me to understand where I am standing currently within the organization in terms of ranking
Everstage has helped me to solve the problem of calculating incentives manually and understand the ranking. Before Everstage I was calculating incentive manually and that was time taking process. now with Everstage I can focus on work and plan my incentives.

Pros
- Incentive Calculation: as it allows me to understand the incentive structure and how much I am earning next month.
- Ranking: It shows me where I stand within the team, so it keeps me competitive
- Refund calculation: Again, it comes under incentive calculation, however, I would like to mention this because the team managers, they were not telling us how much refund I got, so with Everstage, I have more clarification on how much of a refund I have to cover this month.
Cons
- I would love if I can use it on my mobile phone.
- As an individual, what I can see is clear visibility on how much I am earning and how much I can earn. So it keeps me motivated and competitive as well.
