Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Everstage is used to track the monthly sales activities and our incentives generated as per our sales. It also keeps track of previous month data and we can estimate our growth year wise. It's really convenient to keep the track record and easy to access the incentives generated.
Also it shows the top 3 performers of the team. Various type of graphical presentations makes it look interesting. User interface can be improved though as it took me some time to understand it.

Cons

  • it took me some time to understand the interface of everstage, which can be improved
  • Login issue is there. If it could allow us stay logged in as we use it on salesforce. We are already logged in to salesforce but when we open evertage, we need to login again. and sometimes it doesn't allow us to login as well
  • If we have multiple google accounts, it automatically chooses one and doesn't give option from which account we should login
  • not much as a sales person. We can just see the incentives and earning, but performing is individual only and personal only. sometimes sales depends on luck

everstage is best suited for performance evaluation. team member's data and top performers data. Good to check incentives dynamically Good graphical representations. Help us to estimate how much more we have to achieve team wise and personally both.
it is less appropriate when we have to login again and again sometimes. It doesn't give us which account to choose if we have multiple google accounts.
We have to put the filter of specific months every time, its not auto generated. Also not updated as per latest month. Interface can be improved as it take some time to understand it.
