Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

We use Everstage as our commissions management platform for our sales team. The platform is primarily used to calculate commissions based on certain rules and notify the payee through a custom dashboard view. We manage our commissions workflow from calculations to payout through the platform and it is also used as our first line of defence in-case of support.

Pros

  • Serves as a transparent layer between sales team and the ops team helping sellers focus on selling rather than worrying about commissions calculations and payout
  • Provides a rich database of commissions outcomes that can be used to refine incentive strategy
Everstage is a cloud native platform that can be accessed through desktop, mobile, and is easy to navigate for end users as well as admins. It has basic reporting features that help admin users determine the monthly commissions paid out for a period by seller, and help plan interventions going forward.

Everstage is less suited for commission planning as it offers very little assistance in building commission plans
