Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

Everstage helps us manage our commission payouts for our sales team. It shows sales and where staff are at all times, shows levels and sales from previous months and their bonuses and clawbacks. People have more visibility to how their compensation is tied to their sales, and it’s in real time.

I was impressed by the ability to handle complex compensation structure eliminating human error and creating transparency when calculating commissions. From the very beginning, Everstage has streamlined our workflow in ways we never thought possible. Very seamless at pulling information into one place, so it’s easy to look at past commissions as well as understand payouts and flag any discrepancies internally.
Since we implemented Everstage into our organization the feedback from end users has been really positive. It has already proved to be a super efficient way to understanding compensation and it also helps the management in paying out the employees as well.
