Overall Satisfaction with EverString
EverString is currently being used across the sales division to reference the size of various companies, find companies similar to ones we've had success in and utilize intent topics to pinpoint hot accounts.
- Intent topics - Showing us what companies are researching
- Finding companies similar to ones we've had success in
- Company sizes are typically inaccurate.
- Some intent topics are more accurate than others.
Everstring has a great UI and was a very simple and easy ramp-up.
I am very comfortable with this aspect. This is an area that this platform excels in.
This is an area operations has more insight on and as a sales person I would not be able to provide accurate insight.
EverString has helped us be more productive, efficient and seamless in our sales operations. It has helped guide us in finding the best accounts and making smart choices. My only concern is the inaccurate data around the company revenue which makes it hard to balance SMB/MM/Enterprise accounts.
