Overall Satisfaction with EverString, now part of ZoomInfo

The solution allowed for relevant data in terms of sales and business development. Prospecting was made easy with it because of the presence of relevant data and also scoops on how we can use that data to our advantage. In Brief, the best usage of data was made possible by it.

The data has not always been very accurate and seemed like there is a mix of outdated data that comes up in the searches as well, for example, there are some invalidated emails still lingering around and also some invalid phone numbers. It is a bit difficult to separate these using algorithms but from a customer's point of view, these are inconveniences.
The deployment and the beginning stages of usage were pretty easy to grasp but there are functionalities that may be a bit difficult for some to grasp. But now with the advent of ZoomInfo university, it has been made easy. There are tutorials for each and every section which help guide a user to the intended goal.
The rating is simply because the tutorials can be made a lot more interactive. The tutorials are of such a level that it gets boring to a point. Also, another suggestion would be to incorporate pop-up help menus which would I believe help out immensely as well in case of improvement of usage for beginners.

If you are looking to get a scoop into which leads are relevant to the industries you are prospecting to then it's a great tool but if you are looking to do some targeted prospecting that ought to be very accurate and result-centric then this may not be the proper tool for you.
