Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo MarketingOS
This product is mainly used as a lead generation tool and to help our organization organize a large amount of leads and separate them into assigned buckets. This product is paired with RingLead's Capture service, which scrapes data from LinkedIn profiles and other sources in order to generate contact information.
Pros
- Helps to organize a large amount of contacts in one place
- Helps to assign leads to a larger scale sales team
- Pairs with contact generation services RingLead's other products provide
Cons
- The database is clunky and hard to navigate at times
- RingLead's Capture service returns incorrect or outdated data, which populates incorrect contacts in the Route product
- Integration with other sales products like Salesforce and Groove is problematic
- Ability to assign new leads and contacts
- Ability for sales leadership to track what is done with leads
- Ability to rapidly view a contact database for each seller
- This product helped us to organize a massive number of leads from three separate brands during an acquisition
- This product is, however, too clunky and wrought with incorrect contact routing when compared to competitors like Salesforce and HubSpot
- This product does offer strong value for the money, as it is far lower priced than other competitive products
This has a similar issue to RingLead Capture, as it only returns the data that users themselves update, which is often outdated or incorrect. However, RingLead Route does allow lead assignment and tracking in more ways than LinkedIn Sales Navigator does, which is helpful in visibility of what a full sales team is doing.
