Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

Our whole organization uses it for fundraising, emails, and membership/listserv management.
  • Listserv management.
  • Online forms.
  • Fundraising.
  • Email functionality.
  • Increased access to members.
  • Better listserv engagement.
  • Better fundraising performance.
No I don't. I wasn't involved in the implementation of it at all.
It always seems to be available.
I don't have oversight into our entire organizations goals and the ways that we interact with EveryAction but I do find it very helpful for tracking the volunteers that I work with. However, I wouldn't say that I think it's more helpful than other CRM's that I have worked with.

Would you buy Bonterra Development + Digital again?

No

I didn't select EveryAction. I don't know that EveryAction works significantly better than Salesforce does but it does seem simpler to navigate. But I do think Salesforce's report function works better.
I was initially using it for listservs and I frankly think that's one of its weakest points. It does not do well with previewing and then sending emails. I stopped using it for this purpose because I couldn't rely on it to actually be able to show me what my email would look like ahead of time. If it could ensure that images wouldn't be distorted when they were sent in the preview email, then I might return to this use. I do appreciate the way it works for online forms, though I wish in report manager you could view ALL of the answers (every single field on the online form) at once. Right now, I have to pull two separate reports to see my forms and that's pretty obnoxious.
