Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

We use it to manage our online supporters. We send emails to ask them to take actions, such as letters, petitions, or contact their representatives. We use a lot of custom content depending on the role the elected officials have with the legislation we're supporting. We also ask them for money to fund our organizing and political work. The forms integrate very well with our website.
  • It's a good product for running email tests.
  • I like the customizable button fields.
  • Easy to send samples and make sure everything is perfect before a launch.
  • Being able to narrow selects is also a great feature.
  • When you look up someone with quick look up and they are not on the list it should be possible to add them from there and not have to go back home to reach quick add.
  • More monthly donors.
  • Easily targetable audience.
Onboarding was a but hard but it was worth it.
It's overwhelmingly available. From time to time there are bugs that could take a few days to fix, but that is just a couple times a year and not severe.
Well it's really great to have an advanced and professional CRM.

It really gets the job done with emails. It's great we can access this tool. It doesn't require additional programming on our end which is certainly a cost savings.
