Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX
Choosing EvolutionX was made as the business needed an enhanced client experience. To date, we have consolidated 12 webstores over 4 different platforms. Turning our websites into webstores was the best part of selecting EvolutionX Giving us the flexibility to manage the sites inhouse gave us back the freedom to be able to connect to other service providers.
Pros

- Dated software and need for enhanced functionality and usability
- I honestly don't have a bad word to say about it.
- To have the ability to make it easier for the customer to order.
- Best platform I've used and the customer service is very good, support are always there when required.

- he visuals on our website are a big hit, so much good feedback from users and other vendors that utilize our website.
Supplier data integration (Fusion), ease of use for administration, maintenance and development, and support from the EvolutionX Team. Also, to have the ability to have content on the site, make it easier for the customer to order. It is exceptionally reliable and the team consistently deliver on their promises and commitments.
