Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX
EvolutionX is our customer Ecommerce platform. We use it to get our customers online to place orders & to pay invoices. Not only does it make shopping with [...] easier for our customers, it helps internal processes by eliminating departments having to spend time enter orders or enter invoice payments for customers.
Pros
- UX
- mobile responsive
- customizable features
Cons
- Enhancements/Mods (mods being done that dont work for our business)
- Increased online revenue
- Quicker invoice payments
I have experience on Infor Storefront, EvolutionX is heads and tails above them!
Storefront does not allow for much customization to be done internally and is very vanilla out of the box program. Requires searching tools which EvolutionX has.
EvolutionX is a top tier ecomm platform for B2B in my opinion.

I do not believe we purchased premium support.
Yes - In most situations, the issues are resolved. Occasionally, we are told that is not a current feature etc and we must add that to the Suggestion Page.
I do feel the suggestion page could be looked at more by ECI since there are times I submit something and it has been a month+ and it is still pending.
The quicker these can be approved, the quicker others can upvote and get this implemented.

We had a situation where no customers could place orders online & it showed call for price. It is essential to provide a good user experience for online since one bad experience can make the customer order another way or go elsewhere.
ECI looked into my issue and was able to get CU involved to get it fixed.
