- As I already mentioned some testing button for email templates would be great.
- It would be great that there are more themes that people can choose from.
- Even thought there are lots of training videos I would like to see even more especially on some advanced features and capabilities.

- Providing support articles and timely support.
- Ease of use on their software
- Very organized and user-friendly.
- Providing better times to meet via face-to-face over a video call.
- Quicker response times during hours of operation (i.e. support).
- More efficient turnaround time on projects and work needed done by clientele.

Great product for the value, but has room for growth.
- The platform is fairly easy to understand.
- Integrations with our ERP have remained smooth over time.
- Enough customization to differentiate your site and not make it feel like a "cookie cutter" site.
- Support post-production has been lackluster at best.
- Most features work well, but some are missing fundamental elements. Quick lists are a prime example. Quick Lists are a fantastic way to encourage B2B orders online, but not being able to organize where an item exists within a list almost makes it unusable for a large portion of our customers.
