Overall Satisfaction with EvolutionX

I use EvolutionX as our website provider, it allows us to process orders AND customers can pay their invoices right from their account

Pros

  • Super fast platform
  • Integrates with DDMS for real time account balances

Cons

  • Easier data extraction from DDMS for someone thats not super computer saavy
  • more support staff, for quicker issue resolution
  • We've only been fully on for 5 mos, but we can see the benefit of freeing up our sales reps for coldcalls
  • the ability for customers to pay their accounts on line has decreased our AR departments calling and chasing payments

The initial on boarding with a dedicated acct manager is great. Once your released you need to become friends with some people in support who will take care of you a little faster than the rest
