Overall Satisfaction with ExakTime

We've only been using ExakTime for a few weeks. It's used for employees to clock in and out. Automating our employee's time allows us to better track attendance and save times by importing time into Foundation instead of manual entry. In addition, the reports available allow for supervisors to quickly see how many hours employees are working on projects.

  • Notification when time cards have been approved
  • Add columns for Vacation and Holiday earn codes
  • Only take photos 1st punch in and last punch out
  • Reduced time for data entry and review
  • Supervisor get a better feel what the employees are accomplishing each day
  • Reports for hours spent on projects
Something not mentioned previously that's a benefit is the geolocation that prevents employees from clocking in prior to getting onsite. Also the taking pictures so employees aren't punching in and out for other employees. All other benefits have been mentioned previously.
As mentioned previously, we have only been using ExakTime for a few weeks, so we are still working out the kinks and learning how it works.

As mentioned previously, ExakTime helps track attendance, saves time by not having to enter time manually and reports number of hours worked on a project. The reason I'm giving it a 9 is because there are some additional things mentioned previously that would make it even more useful such as having vacation and holiday earn codes, photos only when 1st punch in and last punch out and notification when time cards have been approved.
