We use Exclaimer in the complete organization. It is very helpful for us to have a new signature system for everyone in the company.

  • The expenditure for everyone doing the signature on their own is gone
  • New employees get their own signature from start to the end
Easy setup, easy and simple maintenance. We changed everything from a single point where we have all pictures and the words/text.
We made different signatures for our different departments (CEO, CFO, production, development, and so on). It was a one-time major effort, but then when everything works, it's just simple and easygoing.

We use Exclaimer to have a uniform signature on our emails. Every user has the same signature with his/her personal data. That is great. We maintain everything over Microsoft 365 Azure.
