Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Our company uses Exclaimer for generating different signatures across our tenant. It works very well at applying templates to a user's account and is very easy to configure or modify these templates. We like how it's reliable, quick and easy to use. We don't notice a lag on email delivery or have had issues with any signatures.

Pros

  • Apply templates based on specific attributes
  • Integrates very well with Microsoft 365
  • No lag in email delivery

Cons

  • No functionality to allow a user to be specific on which template they would like to use to generate their signature
  • Integration with Microsoft requires mail flow rules, it would be nice if it integrated with Microsoft's Outlook Signatures tool
  • It has made the setup of signatures seamless
  • You set it up and forget, there isn't much maintenance needed from the costumer
Yes, we have benefited from this but unfortunately only one template can be used at a time for a user which doesn't allow the flexibility of using another template on the user's end. It would be nice if the user can select a default template in Outlook and then pick another one as needed.
Yes, we have benefited from this security.
We have had Exclaimer for years and so we haven't been on the market to explore other solutions at the moment.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

Exclaimer is well suited for situations where you need different kinds of signatures for users based on their role in the company or region they work out of. It doesn't allow a user to select which template to use making it difficult if they need different signatures for different emails forcing a user to have to use only one template at a time.
