Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer Cloud company-wide to deploy a consistent signature to all employees. Prior to this product, we had a mish-mash of different fonts, signatures, tag lines, disclaimers, etc.--not a great experience. This tool greatly simplifies the process, essentially removing it from the end-users' hands.
  • Consistent messaging--our marketing & communications team love it
  • Decent rules engine with conditional inclusion of fields
  • Conditional rules can get quite complex. It would be better to break this feature out a bit more with finer granularity and multiple conditions.
  • Integration with MS Office 365 is largely hidden. I would like to understand the permissions granted--a bit more transparency would be appreciated.
  • Great ROI! The amount of time it takes to teach all of our users how to create a signature and deal with helpdesk issues regarding signatures is far greater than the cost of this tool.
  • Users love the fact that signatures are done for them.

For any user of Microsoft Office 365, this product would work well. users are typically used to creating their own signature - with all the pitfalls that go along with it. With Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365, administrators (or Marketing/Communication team) can create and manage signatures and/or disclaimers company-wide.

Exclaimer Support

I love the fact that Exclaimer Cloud sends out notifications when the system is experiencing issues. Calls into the support desk have been answered quickly and with little drama.
