We're using it across all departments. We could customise it the way we wanted and connect it to our existing services.

Cons

  • Better UI
  • More modules
  • Good ROI
vTiger, but very buggy and has to be installed on site.
Affordability and ease of use are the main advantage.
It is a great platform for the creative teams.
