Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Expensify the system utilized by my organization to upload expenses. The manager is then forwarded the expenses to review and approve. Next, the account does a final review and approval of expenses. Once final approval is granted, the expenses are then uploaded into Quickbooks for accountability and tracking. Expensify is a major portion of the budget process.

I find the Expensify site and app to be easy to navigate. The training to learn how to use the Expensify was not difficult at all. As I went along and needed adjustments the Expensify system was able to adjust to meet those needs. I also give the useability a high rating because I not experience complications.

The Expensify platform is well suited for an organization that would like to have a strong system in place that is easy to navigate for all employees. Expensify has proven to be a place where employees can upload receipts by phone or computer and easy categorize. There are several options that include which budget line the expense is from and an description of what the expense was for.
