Overall Satisfaction with Expensify
We use Expensify for, tracking, submitting, and approving expenses. The automation features and smart suggestions are fantastic time savers. The automatic date recognition can be a bit wonky when submitting weirdly-formatted receipts but it still saves more time and effort than not. I enjoy the degree of control and transparency Expensify comes with while retaining its no-stress usability to make expense management and tracking a breeze. Would never go back to my previous systems after using this.

- Expensify’s mobile app enhances convenience by allowing users to capture and submit expenses on the go.
Cons
- The OCR functionality can be a bit wonky for recognizing dates
- The software could use a better internal understanding of what to look for on submitted images for single-expense receipts versus multiple-expense receipts
- Submitting and following up on expenses used to be a process that took several hours a month for me, Expensify has brought that down to several minutes to do my part and be done.
