Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Text to communicate All Team information ranging from announcing changes to meeting times, office closures, and storm warnings. It allows us a quick way to reach our employees.
  • Platform is easy to use.
  • Texts are sent and received quickly.
  • A small number of employees don't receive the EZ Text texts. Tried troubleshooting but can't seem to fix the issue.
  • Limited number of characters per text.
  • Simplified communication has reduced the time it takes to ensure employees receive an update.
Best suited for communicating a short, quick message to a larger number of staff. Also works well if you have staff broken out into departmental lists. You can easily text everyone or just a certain list of employees.
