Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
I use EZ Texting for weekly reminders of upcoming events. It helps me stay on top of scheduled events, and allows ease of mind in tracking things of this sort.
- I like that you can add users up front without them first having to do anything.
- The notifications help a lot.
- Event reminders.
- It is difficult to manage users.
- You need to be able to make an account inactive and reactivate later.
- Once an end user removes themselves you should an option to remove them from your list.
- This is not used as a new business tool but as a communication tool for existing contacts, therefore, a specific ROI is hard to judge.
