Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We create a real estate publication every four weeks. When we are producing we text clients and prospects a heads-up regarding the opportunity and timing.
  • Real estate agents are on the run and it is hard to get their attention. This is one more way to alert them and communicate.
  • I don't have any suggestions.
  • Any way we can serve our clients better is worth the effort.
  • I'm sure we sell a few more ads each issue as a result. It also helps with awareness for those that don't advertise.
It took a couple of days to set up. Not hard and we used it right away.
If you can upload a spreadsheet of names and a photo, you are in business.
The chat is always available and answers are there when needed.
The pictures personalize the message or help with a visual of what we are promoting.
It's GREAT for clients. They appreciate knowing when magazines are delivered and when to submit ads and they miss their emails. Prospects can be annoyed by too many texts. We are now just sending last-chance texts.
