Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use EZ Texting to inform our customers about our upcoming auction sales. About four days prior to the auction sale we send our customers a message with the auction date as well as a link to our website so they can view more information. Our customers now depend on this text since we decided to use a texting service rather than a direct mail advertisement.
  • Simple to learn.
  • They always have help available whenever needed.
  • Viewing reports is a little difficult because they provide too many options.
  • We had many people that opted-in to be informed of our sales.
  • People now look forward to receiving our texts.
Its pretty simple to use and if you find something difficult you can find the answers in the help section
