Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting is used in our company to offer shifts to our employees as well as send shift reminders. We send bulk texts to our employees about current shift availability as well as remind them about their current shifts.

We were able to get up and running within a month or two.
We were able to integrate EZ Texting with our software which has made it easy to use for all office managers in multiple locations.
Support is friendly and responds relatively quick.
We do not send pictures.
We do not currently use keywords.
EZ Texting seems to be useful when sending reminders to multiple people at once.
