We use it to notify employees of traffic conditions, closures, and training, and to check their email for important documents (if they do not have a company email).

Did like the 5-digit number better, but this is likely out of their control.

It's easy to load contacts, select them, make groups, etc.

I'm not sure if we received an onboarding, but it's easy enough to use that we didn't need one.
