It's great to have a platform to be able to handle day-of-event messaging & for quick check-ins with people. Emails get lost or may not be in someone's 9-5 job; texting is the easiest/quickest way to get to people.

I don't understand why there is a character limit on contact group names.

Hard to valuate its ROI; its' for sure a great tool for customer service

Very functional program. Love the display of how the messages look to the ppl on the other end.

It's helpful to reframe your words if you're trying to differentiate or add a casual or even a professional tone.
