Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

We use it to invite customers to special events, sales, and hidden offers that we don't advertise on other platforms. We typically send 1-3 blasts every 6 weeks or so, and it's proven to drive lots of traffic to our physical retail store. We plan on using it to drive e-commerce sales in the near future.

  • Their user interface is easier to use than most
  • I would like to see more phone support
  • Not mixing customer back-and-forth messages with our campaigns.

  • EZ Texting gives us an average 86% deliverability, and insures most of our list sees our marketing message
  • Our sales numbers have nearly 2x'd during our semi-annual sales ever since using EZ Texting.
  • We were able to overcome a few dry spells in 2023 by sending one text each time that brought a flood of new business in, allowing us to hit our revenue targets for those months.
They get a 10 out of 10 on usability. It took me less than 5 minutes to understand how to use the platform. But when I did have knowledge gaps, their resources library and support were able to answer my questions quickly. Everything is laid out visually for you to see, and creating and sending campaigns is honestly a breeze.
Yes, they do a great job at expaling how to use the platform, compliance laws, and step-by-step details on how set up and send your first text. They also provided great marketing resources that specifically show how to use the platform to generate more revenue, which really impressed me. Great onboarding overall.
EZ Texting has a much better user interface and better support. At first I wanted to "pay as you go" so switched from EZ Texting to BulkSMS. BIG MISTAKE. After 2 hours of banging my head against the wall, I went straight back to EZ Texting and paid the little extra monthly and it was like light from Heaven shined down upon me.

EZ Texting is great if you're running a special promotion or offer. We also find that have a link in your text - to either a landing page or a catalogue of some sort - is key to getting the best response.

I would say a bi-weekly or monthly text routine is key, but daily may burn your list.

Also, I wouldn't use it on a cold list, as it's not only illegal, but also your audience will be less responsive. You need to make sure your contacts are opted-in for receiving text. Then it's a super weapon.
