Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this platform often to help us send out upcoming services and updates on events. It’s been very helpful in keeping our congregation informed and up to date all at once. It has truly helped our church in more ways than one and has been easy to set up and send out messages.

Usability

We love the text feature and use it often. The program is easy to use and has many options to try for sending out text messages at a later time do you choose to do so which we utilize often during holidays. This has helped us a lot when we are out of office but still need to communicate

AI Compose

I love the AI feature. Using it via EZ Texting was the first time I had ever used a program like this and it helped me very much to send out a better worded message depending on my target audience. I am very glad you have added this as a feature.

The only thing I don’t like is there are not better options for plans and pricing and calling for customer service is never easy and it can be hard to reach an actual human who can help you. Other than that we have enjoyed the program. We use it often.
