Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP

In our organization, we are Using the F5 BIG-IP for HA (high availability) and CAC (common access card) auth

Pros

  • Load balancing
  • Application security
  • Authentication
  • Guided configurations

Cons

  • APM can be difficult at times creating the right variables
  • Provide a standalone Qkview for airgap network to review internally
I gave F5 BIG-IP this usability rating because, in my experience, The F5 BIG-IP features and upgrades have made it easier

I think I am likely to recommend F5 BIG-IP to a colleague for Providing users authorization to sites and programs based on their memberships in AD for example. Also the F5 BIG-IP being an IdP.
