Overall Satisfaction with Facebook Pages Manager

We uses this to keep in contact with our customers via our Facebook pages. It allows us to answer questions quickly and efficiently while people are browsing our products. It allows for a smoother look to purchase route. It allows for better customer relations.

2 - Social Media Manager and the Office Manager: The two people who have the most influence and interaction with the outside customer base. They control what people see and how smoothly everything runs when it comes to customer interaction.

We use both; they reach different markets.
It is great for having the constant contact with customers via Facebook. It allows me to answer questions with less of the phone and email waiting time, and often, has that instant gratification. The down side is, because it exists, people want that instant gratification which can be harder when you are a small business and are not constantly on the computer.
