Overall Satisfaction with Figma
We use Figma for all UI revamps, as well as FigJam to collaborate on work in our team meetings. The UX and UI team and the Content team work together in Figma on a daily basis. Figma is so easy to use and having visual mockups of content we want to publish makes such a difference, especially when we send it to other stakeholders in the business to review. People like to see the work we are doing in situ before it goes live, and Figma does just that. It allows allows me as a UX Writer to put the copy directly into the design in real time and make sure that the design and content flow seamlessly in each wireframe. I love using Figma to work with designers and couldn't imagine working without it.

- Sometimes aligning content and editing it (when it's in a purple square) can be tedious
- Hard to track changes which can make version control difficult
- Content updates we've mocked up in Figma have led to major improvements in our SEO rankings
- User testing we've done using mockups in Figma have led to much more customer-friendly design and an improvement in overall CX across our digital platforms
