We use Figma in both our product and creative design teams. The product team uses Figma for UI and UX design, prototyping, and storage for the design system. The creative team uses Figma for design system use and components and to create digital imagery. The creative team also uses Figma to store produced assets.

We're a collaborative team, and use Figma and it's collaboration tools to speak about projects, give peer feedback and review assets prior to them being delivered back to the stakeholder. When using custom fonts, we found between the web app and the desktop app, there is a significant leading issue, which causes layout to rearrange visually, which also affects exports. Figma support have tried to resolve, but is ongoing.
