Overall Satisfaction with Filevine
We use Filevine as a case management tool in our office. We are a personal injury law firm and have hundreds of cases from work comp, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice and even a few traffic tickets. We are able to manage our cases, upload and manage many different types of file types (word, excel, pdfs, mp3, etc).
Pros
- we are able to duplicate our file types from Sharepoint in Filevine giving us a unified look at our files
- We are able to create subfolders in Filevine to help give each project a more clean look and feel when we access documents
- We are able to integrate our medial records requests with Filevine
- We are able to integrate Outlook with Filevine and we are able to email /forward emails into projects.
- Project Hub in Filevine is a God-send! We are able to see a snap shot of our projects and can filter our view of our projects and which team may be handling each project!!
Cons
- When we upload a document into Filevine, if we could get it to load into a specific folder at the start, instead of having to move it from the general Document folder to a specific folder - that would be great
- Filevine has defintely been a time saver for me personally
Filevine is much simpler to use
