Overall Satisfaction with Fin by Intercom

Fin by Intercom has been saving us a lot of time by automatically replying to almost all the queries shared by our users. Anything that is repetitive is already covered, but recently, it has also been able to think better and figure out stuff by covering seemingly unrelated articles to figure out solutions for the queries. We can now focus on bigger issues.
