Overall Satisfaction with Flexera ONE

We use Flexera ONE as a main system of insights to manage the entire IT estate. Our ITAM and Finops teams uses it to daily track the license consumption,monitor cloud usage and automate the messy data from multiple source. It eliminates the duplicate of Saas subscription by identifying the licenses.

Pros

  • It particularly finds and list all the software, hardware and cloud services at one place.
  • It alerts our cloud bill.
  • it takes all the data from different sources and clean in standard format.

Cons

  • Well this is very good tech to manage all the it work but still it has a lot of feature which sometimes feel complex to understand it properly.
  • The initial setup is complex.
  • Ongoing maintenance is difficult to handle.
  • Cleaning up of messy data.
  • It is very powerful tool so it is complex to understand.
  • It is well suited for the big companies which faces a major challenges in managing .
1.We use Flexera ONE as a main or centralized system to manage the entire hybrid it. 2.It provides a end to end visibility by collecting the data from our hardware, software and cloud services into single dashboard. 3.The platform is very complex but yet very powerful which manages at one go.

1.It stops company from wasting money and fixes run away cloud bills by identifying the over sized and unused resources that could be turned off. 2.It takes messy raw data from different sources and clear and standardized the format using it massive Technopedia library for millions of product.
