Overall Satisfaction with Fonality

Everyone in the company uses Fonality as their company phone.
  • The ability to use the product through the web.
  • Account manager is responsive.
  • Their technical support is not consistent. They need to be able to provide consistent, quality technical support.
  • Reliability. They have introduced HUD web, but it consistently does not work and it does not have the same features as the PBxtra phone.
  • Troubleshooting on the web needs to improve. It is not very informative.
  • It has had a negative impact due to way too many failed calls. We are a company that makes thousands of outgoing calls a month and the failed calls issue has cost our company money. Our employees have had to use other phones to get their job done or they have been delayed in completing their job because they are unable to make calls.
