Overall Satisfaction with FormAssembly

We use FormAssembly to register adult learners for professional development trainings, and to collect evaluations at the conclusion of the sessions. We are able to pass the information directly to Salesforce and track the responses easily through Salesforce and email alerts. FormAssembly also allows us to screen people for courses that have prerequisites, and collect different relevant data based on responses.

Pros

  • Easy to add branding/logos to forms
  • Conditional questions for screening and follow up
  • Being able to save predefined field sets and clone existing forms is super helpful!
  • Ability to connect to Salesforce, Google, etc is really useful

Cons

  • I really wish the form list was wider! A lot of our forms have similar names and max width of only 800px with no text wrapping makes it difficult to find when searching!
  • FormAssembly makes it easy to share registration forms with targeted groups of users
  • It makes it easy to track registration numbers and form errors and reach out to people who may need assistance
  • It's very easy to create registration forms quickly
We use the integration with most of our forms, and it is very helpful. The initial mapping setup can be very involved, but it is definitely useful, since Salesforce has so many features we use regularly as well. We have also used the Google sheets integration to share info with people who are not part of our Salesforce environment.
Yes, I believe it does. We have not had any concerns with data security when using FormAssembly. We do not generally collect sensitive data such as health and medical information or payment details for our trainings, but we have had no worries about the registrant contact info that we do collect.
FormAssembly is easy to get started with and very straightforward to use. It is easy to create forms, add questions and fields, and apply branding and logos. The data integrations are also robust, allowing us to pass information to Salesforce easily and quickly see when there is an error with the form in any way.

Do you think FormAssembly delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with FormAssembly's feature set?

Yes

Did FormAssembly live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of FormAssembly go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy FormAssembly again?

Yes

FormAssembly is really great for registrations, applications and collecting feedback. There are some times when we don't use it for feedback because it doesn't create graphs, and apparently the system our coworkers' department does. This is only an occasional issue for our department, so I don't really consider it a problem.
