Overall Satisfaction with Formstack
Formstack was used by the marketing department where I used to work. I use Formstack for all of our lead capture across our whole website, but mainly the contact us page. Since starting with Formstack over several years ago, I've seen an average lead conversion rate of around 20% -- most are marketing-qualified leads.
- Formstack is [easy] to use. For example, building forms is a breeze.
- I love that it integrates seamlessly with Unbounce and regular .PHP sites to give us quality, high converting lead pages.
- Dashboard stats are a bit rudimentary but do a nice job giving a birds-eye view of lead capture progress.
- Different types of form formats are available which is great.
- Form stylizing on your website, without deep knowledge of CSS, can be a bit tricky.
- Dashboard is a bit unimpressive; needs UX/UI improvements.
- Integration APIs are a bit limited and its web hook function (if employed) can be a bit intimidating to set up the first time.
- More quality leads!
- ROI really hasn't been formally been measured.
- Gravity Forms
I am not aware of other competitors out there to FormStack other than modules or plug-ins deployed on WordPress or Drupal built sites. I do think that forms deployed through marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) are better alternatives due to the if-then logic features.
