Overall Satisfaction with Formstack
We use Formstack to capture product registrations, support requests and repair authorizations. Formstack also has an API that allows us to easily send form submissions to our customer support portal, Zendesk. Formstack allows us to easily retrieve customer data and assist customers with possible concerns.

With Zendesk, we match fields from formstack and send the aforementioned data to the support center. This works really well and allows us to sync our customer data.
