It is being used on a limited basis to automate workflows for tasks like audit requests, system access removals, etc.

We were able to establish a workflow for the removal of users from our external reporting finance application to have the form automatically generate a ticket with our service provider when a user access removal form is submitted. This removed the need for human intervention in the process as a response to a SOX control deficiency.
