Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks
We support clients that are currently using FreshBooks. It is a simple online accounting platform that helps clients that aren't accountants to download and organize their transactions.
- Online.
- Users that aren't familiar with accounting, or those that are, should find it simple and easy to use.
- No software updates required.
- Processing transactions more quickly. May just be limited by internet speed however.
- Helps clients do some of their accounting and save on accounting fees
With QuickBooks Online being a little more similar to their desktop software that is what I prefer. We use Quickbooks Desktop daily for our own business as well as our client's businesses.
