  • In reality, we do not implement all of its use at the moment in order to determine an adequate ROI.
  • In our approach to the use of the system, it seems to us a considerable time saving by achieving the integration of the Mexican subsidiary with its parent located in the US.
  • Financial reports meet the necessary USGAAP requirements.

  • Overall, FreshBooks has had a positive impact on our business in time saved. We probably spent half a day creating monthly invoices for our clients, now it takes a few minutes.
  • Because of FreshBooks' payment portal (as opposed to just Paypal), we receive payments a week to ten days faster, on average.
  • FreshBooks' ability to borrow against invoices via Fundbox allows us to keep a positive cash flow at all times.

  • Freshbooks saves me time compared to when I managed to invoice without an app.
  • Freshbooks make keeping my invoices organized which saves me time.
  • Freshbooks helps me to know who is late on payments. When I was doing this by hand, some invoices would get lost in the clutter and I would not find out I haven't been paid until much later.

  • Freshbooks has simplified my accounting needs for my small business since it is easy to access, integrate and sync with my other systems.
  • It is low cost and saves about a week of work at the end of tax time to pull together what is needed to get things submitted.
  • Not having to travel to meet with my accountant allows a secure way to communicate and keep in sync.

  • The ROI is solid on the old platform at the old rates. We cannot find any justification for moving to the new more restrictive platform at a higher cost.
  • FreshBooks was built to do one job and do it well. And they did. Then the expansion of services and drive for profits took over.
  • If Xero ever improves their invoicing tool we'll be leaving FreshBooks. The value is diminishing as we're on a platform that is no longer developed.

  • Our company has probably saved/made thousands of dollars by knowing who has and hasn't paid, along with the ability to auto remind clients about unpaid invoices.
  • Thanks to FreshBooks' powerful time-tracking/billing functionality, we have been able to track and bill hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work over the years.
  • Because FreshBooks supports multiple payment methods, we've never had to turn down a client's request to pay a certain way (ex: check)

  • The positive impact of FreshBooks is the opportunity to focus on the customer needs.
  • A positive impact is to give every person on the staff a certain goal to be reflected in the software.
  • Another positive impact is the way work is really attending to the details for our goal, building geographical data and business support.

  • The amount of time I save billing clients is substantial. It takes minutes to create an invoice — something I can't say for other platforms.
  • I also always know which accounts are pending payment and can see the total amount that is due and when. Makes it very easy for automated follow-up and reminders.

  • FreshBooks has allowed us to keep track of recurring client invoices and payments saving us time and money.
  • Time tracking has made sure we are correct with all timed projects as well as receiving the payments for it.
  • Time - saved us so much time being able to easily and effectively create estimates and invoices.

  • The greatest advantage we get is that it is so natural to send invoices and get paid on the web. Freshbooks makes this process much less difficult than many of the alternate arrangements we've attempted throughout the years.
  • I got a decent handle of my own bookkeeping. Similarly, I figured out how to deal with my pay extremely well in the most ideal way.

  • The amount of time it saves me is difficult to calculate but it's immense. Once you have a client set up it's so easy to invoice them - whether it's adding expenses and having them recouped or setting up recurring invoices.
