Overall Satisfaction with FreshBooks
I have enjoyed the FreshBooks brand and the ease of use. I am trying to run a business and be efficient, and running a fancy complex accounting software is not where my time is best spent. FreshBooks is easy to use, and the customer service is amazing. They are laid back and fun to work with. Even my log-in is fun to look at. They offer a great service that has streamlined how I work and keep the shop open and the bills paid!

- Easy time tracking and project management as well as simple invoicing.

- Has been very cost effective for my business.
Glanced at a couple. Dove head-first into FreshBooks because it was simple to understand immediately. I'm an engineer, not an accountant!
