Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Freshsales to manage sales leads.

Pros and Cons

It's easy to use.
It has a nice interface.
It's 100% cloud-based, and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection.

It's a little slow sometimes (which could have been due to my internet speed).
The customer service reps can be a little difficult to understand.

Return on Investment

It was definitely worth the money. It's made lead management easy.

Alternatives Considered

Freshsales is the only product I have tried.

Used for managing sales leads, keeping track of all correspondence, and scheduling future correspondence.
