Alternatives Considered

Freshsales is more cost-effective and easier to navigate than Salesforce. It also doesn’t punish you for growing from a startup to SME (Salesforce prices quadruple when you go into the next bracket of users). On top of this, the support from Freshsales is brilliant, and you can speak to someone on the phone at any time!

I think there isn't really a comparison. Freshsales was the clear winner when it came to choosing our CRM. From a cost to benefit ratio, it just wasn't an option to go with anything else. It is the most used application within our company. We do a Freshsales clean up every single day. But it is a great tool and I don't think anything else really stacks up against them.

Alternatives Considered

Freshsales is a much better platform than Insighlty. It works better, has better features, it has a simpler user experience, it is more complete and it is suited for the same thing. Therefore, if you are looking for an outbound CRM you should take Freshsales.

Between Freshsales and Pipedrive I think is more about pricing than anything else. If you are starting, maybe you can go with the whole Freshworks Suite other than Pipedrive and other bunch of applications.

I think that the overall comparison of FS and SF is a debatable one as FS is still so much in its infancy and I would be excited to see where the upcoming generation releases of FS take this great start to what seems to be a product that is going to around for a very long time!

Alternatives Considered

Freshsales had more features, especially the ability to do email campaigns, which was a key feature for me. That was a deal-breaker. Pipedrive had a nice UI and was easy to use, but it was mostly focused on pipeline management, so overall it lacked many of the features found in Freshsales.

Alternatives Considered

In simple words, Freshsales makes it a lot easier and effective but flexible. All of them are good but some have too many options while some miss out on some very important features and remains the same. Freshsales is not complicated, has a good support team who are dynamic and open to suggestions.

Freshsales is within the Freshworks ecosystem so it was a no-brainer as far as evaluating it as a CRM. We've implemented both Freshcaller and Freshdesk in other areas of our business so we were happy to take a look at Freshsales. We do a significant amount of email marketing so integrating with Mailchimp was a big factor in our CRM evaluation.

Freshsales can be integrated with the other product we use called Freshdesk, which is a ticketing system.
We can link sales information such as leads, contacts, and account info to each support ticket. Both systems are interactively connected.

We tried to implement Salesforce for its modularity and advanced features, but we quickly realized that it would be an overkill for our need in the early stage. There were substantial costs required for the implementation in addition to the lengthy process of setting the system up. Freshsales allowed us to get all the functionality we needed for a fraction of the cost and literally in a couple of days we were ready to go with Freshsales.

Alternatives Considered

The main reason I went with Freshsales is because of their suite of tools that integrate perfectly. Before, I'd have a chat system, support desk, CRM all in different tools and it was hard to keep track of leads across different funnels. Freshsales solves this like no other tool could.

We selected FreshSales because we needed something cheaper and more user-friendly than Salesforce, but we're now in the process of switching to HubSpot because it gives you the best of both worlds - ease of use + scale and reliability.

Alternatives Considered

Features like phone, email tracking, customization, email integration, custom API forced us to move away from Pipedrive. Support of freshsales is superb this was another reason. Other features are lead assignment and task management. Lead scores to judge lead was another point where freshsales beat Pipedrive.

About Freshsales

Freshsales is an all-in-one sales CRM software with features like built-in phone and email, lead scoring, visual sales pipeline, reports and dashboards, automations, and mobile apps, ensuring that sales reps do not have to juggle between multiple tools to get the job done. According to the vendor, Freshsales is extremely easy to use, and has an intuitive UI means translating to minimal on-boarding time for sales reps.

Freshsales comes with auto-profile enrichment and activity tracking which helps sales reps get a 360-degree view of their leads. The vendor promises that the AI-based lead scoring feature helps sales reps understand and prioritize their leads better. Freshsales also enables sales reps to get a more holistic view of their sales pipeline with the visual sales pipeline. The drag and drop UI makes it easy to move deals between stages and even mark them as won or lost. The visual sales reports and dashboards make it easy to accurately forecast your business.
