Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

We use it to track service requests, change request, employee onboarding and off boarding, SOP's,

Pros

Cons

  • some features are not intuitive, but the support is very good
  • We use it for audits... As a publicly trade company we must provide proof of users that have been off boarded. We have to show certain access has been removed in a timely manner
We get a lot for what we pay
I am responsible for creating reports, especially data that our auditors require. I have had several specific requests and the team at Freshservice has always been able to assist.
Freshservice offers way more tools, much better support and has a very clean and more modern interface compared to SysAid
