Overall Satisfaction with Frill

We are using Frill for customer feedback, ideation. Because we have many feature ideas in our pipeline it was important that we work on the right one. Users can directly vote on ideas and submit their favorite one. These helped us get feedback, iterate and build the most important features for our product. Also, I liked the announcement section, where we can easily share any big or small announcements with respect to the product.
  • The announcement section is really good. I can add images, edit the text and announce something important.
  • The roadmap section where we could tag them as per the stage the feature is in. Example: In progress, shipped, etc.
  • Ability for user to upvote on their favorite ideas.
  • They could have added more functionality like ideas section. May be a dedicated section where people can share bugs.
  • Ability to collect feedback from different sources.
  • Product change log section could also be good to have.
  • Roadmaps
  • Announcements
  • Capturing Ideas
  • Direct customer feedback
  • Working on features that matters the most
  • Getting user validation instantly

Would you buy Frill again?

Yes

Frill is well suited for beginner or mid-level startups looking to get customer feedback on their products. If a business has a really well-suited product pipeline filled with features and is confused which one to build first, Frill is a really nice platform/product to have. You can get direct customer feedback and you can finally work on things that matter the most. It is less appropriate for someone who doesn't have a big product feature pipeline or roadmap in their mind.
