Overall Satisfaction with FullStory

I truly don't know what I'd do without FullStory 🙂 I frequently use FullStory to validate releases and experiments are working as expected for our users.FullStory funnels and other analysis tools let me gather learnings and insights quicker than other platforms we use.One example of this is analysis related to the time to complete a task - which can be tricky to find elsewhere!FullStory helps me identify product gaps that may be confusing to the user, informing many experiments and improvements we run. FullStory helps me find issues that I may not be able to reproduce on my own and easily share them with teammates.
  • Understand/analyze the time it takes for a user to complete a task
  • Share with teammates issues/flows otherwise hard to reproduce
  • Easily segment based on many different criteria
  • Unmasking certain things is tricky
  • Sometimes it's hard to know what might be a true product glitch vs misrendering on FullStory's side
  • Funnel success is great, but hard to glean insights on overall traffic because FS is just a sampling
  • quick bug-catching
  • reduced spend on other analytics tools

It is best suited for things like measuring/analyzing success rates of a funnel, the time to complete a task or validate experiment/change release is appearing/functioning as expected
FS may be less appropriate for gleaning insights about overall traffic or volume of users, as it only takes a sampling of users.
